I worked with Leul Haimanot as a first time home buyer. Leul was very patient and supportive during the entire process. We viewed about 10 homes and Leul was never pushy for me to put an offer down. When there would be a home I wanted to tour I would simply give Leul a window of my availability and he almost always accommodated it. Most tours occurred same day or the next.
